Seventeen years ago (one of the companies FIRST installs) we installed an a/c unit for this couple. Well, they called us the other day, and wanted the BEST Rheem a/c unit available and wanted us to install it. I must admit not having one service issue in 17 years is not normal, but it happened … we just go this letter form them… pretty cool.
